Having an EAS protein shake and chewy vitamins. I didn't sleep well last night - I had 2 chocolate donuts as a special treat and then tossed and turned. Lost in a sugar high smile Note to self - don't eat chocolate right before bed. Even if it looks yummy. How are you doing?

my breakfast is 30g of granary bread toasted, with low fat spread and home made Seville marmalade. Tea, no milk or sugar.

I'm just not hungry in the morning, so I have a protein shake. It gets nutrients into me in a way I can manage. I had mine today and it's just right for me. I know it's not right for everyone smile.

Just getting started, having my EAS protein shake and various vitamins. It's how I like to start my day. Just not up for eating. #lowcarb How are you doing today? Oh, and I had two small chocolate brownies for dessert last night, as a splurge - and I couldn't fall asleep until 7am. Tossed and turned all night. So that was definitely a reminder not to do that again smile. Are you resisting?
