We are often told by society that we have to fix X or Y before we can be beautiful. We have to dye our hair or cover up the wrinkles in our face.

Surely we are all beautiful the way we are. Is there just one part of your body that you do feel beautiful about, the way it is?

My toes when they are painted. I love painted toenails.

There was a lovely story I heard once. Young kids were asked "what is love". One boy said that love is when his grandfather painted his grandmother's toes. The grandmother loved to have her toenails painted but couldn't do it any more. So the grandfather painted her toenails to make her happy.

The thought of that really made me smile.
