Good advice.
I'd add two things.
(1) If you travel to work/school/anywhere by public transportation, wash your hands thoroughly on arrival.
(2) If you're in the habit of touching your face, try to break yourself of it. Keep your fingers away from your mouth. But also realize that you can transfer germs from something you've touched into your body by through your nose or even your eyes.
