Some people go so crazy trying to cut sugar, salt and fat from their diet that they stop eating natural food. I remember when I was on Care2 someone posted a blog complaining about a Sesame Street segment that talked about some fruits and vegetables; that person was saying that nobody should be eating those foods since it had so much sugar. Normally with blogs like that on that website most people was with the writer but that person was so ridiculous that almost nobody was with her/him.
