How's your yoga practice going? Do you have a regular practice? Make a short list of poses you can do when you just don't feel like exercising. When I'm feeling lazy I do this simple seated practice:

Pelvic Circles, Spinal Flexes, Neck Releases, Head to knee, Cobbler's pose, Shoelace twist, Seated Forward bend, Wide legged forward bend, and Easy Pose folding forward and twisting to both sides.
