Forgot to mention that! I made these wonderful nutritious, healthy, roasted power granola bars - which in fact, my kids loved.
I wasn't sure if they would like them, because they were so nutty and contained a "dried fruit" - but laced lightly with peanut butter and orange blossom honey did the trick - very subtle and delicious - and a whole new aroma came about by roasting the nuts.
They were great 1 week later in the refrigerator and I decided to freeze one = great! Tonight, as I speak I'm adding some finely shredded, unsweetened coconut to the mix to see how that tastes. It can only be good!
