I encourage using an email address rather than an address and phone number to avoid identity theft. Once the job has been confirmed as being real, then that information can be revealed as needed. Some sites even have the nerve to ask for a job applicant's social security number immediately. Red light here! That information should be for when you have been offered a job and they may need your social security number for a background check.
