Not sure if it is since the weather turned here in the UK or whether there is just a general theme I have noticed. A lot of people I meet are feeling low, not happy with their lot and feeling like they never get anywhere.
It's easy to feel sorry for ourselves, however there is always something to be grateful for. When we look for things to be grateful for we find them, and we start to feel better
