My hummus is a garlicky delight. Grilled in a tortilla, I couldn't ask for more. Sounds delicious Connie. It's very reminiscent of a quesadilla without the cheese. I will try out the recipe next week. I love hummus.

Sounds yummy, Connie. I am lazy though when it comes to making things like hummus... I will most likely try this with store bought hummus that has been amended to be more like yours. I bet it won't be the same but hopefully will still be good. Thanks for the idea!

Debbie, I use store bought hummus for convenience as much as I use homemade. I don't know why, since making it is so easy. Just one of those things...
