Glad to hear your positive review about the irrigator. I found it quite good but for me nasal irrigation just does not help enough. I prefer the nasal spray I bought that has cinnamon and manuka. It really cuts through my congestion and has allowed me to be able to go outdoors again without having to worry about my sinus allergy.
