I bought a foam roller last year, but never used. After a 5K on Saturday night, I felt the twinges of a shin splint. I must say, I used the roller for the first time and a bit of Biofreeze and was good as new by Sunday morning.

I love that roller! Anyone else use a foam roller? What for? Do you like it?

I love my foam roller too. I use it a lot for relaxation for my back. There are a zillion exercises you also do. This is such a coincidence because one of my upcoming articles is Working Out with the Foam Roller.
