That is a very interesting and amusing topic Lisa!
I read most of the feed on that and started getting a little annoyed.
Photographers, who are passionate about their craft, like my dad was and Bob See, would go to any lengths almost to GET that great photo. If the guy was smart enough though, he shouldn't have said the monkey took a selfie. Or, maybe that was his ploy to get recognized...I don't know.
Without babbling on and on (you know I could, lol) I say give the photographer the right to own a fantastic picture - it was HIS camera and HIS life at stake going by the clips. I loved it so much I applied it to my desk top for my girls to see when they steal my lap top tomorrow.
