Is anyone trying to do the 20 minute challenge of incremental exercise per day? I am having a problem as far as my choice of exercise. Since I am having surgery soon I am in a be good to myself trip.

I have found that I am mostly doing yoga, therefore meeting the yoga challenge of 10 minutes per day and my 20 minutes of exercise all at once. I have my yoga mat laying beside my desk. I am doing my regular routine which ironically is split into three pieces so I do each in 10-12 increments.
