Using leftovers and freezing extra food are great ways to save on groceries. What do you do to save?

I'm going to have to see if my local library has this book. My daughter and I have been trying to figure out a way to save on groceries. We waste so much food every month!

I hope your library has it. I thought it was really good. Freezing has helped in my household.

One thing we have to watch out for in the summer is buying too much fresh fruit. We love it, but getting it all ate before it goes bad can be a challenge. All the good fruit seems to be ripe at the same time. Some we can freeze, but not cantaloupe and watermelon.

The library has eight copies, four of which are checked out. I had to reserve it because the copies in the branch upstairs from my office are checked out.

I find myself having to reserve books too. It is always exciting when the book finally is available.
