Since I have set my surgery date (double knee replacements) I have really slacked off on exercising. I have the attitude of "I'm not going to be able to anything anyway so why waste my time." Whoa, aren't I the girl who says exercise is cumulative and even if you can only do a little bit, it helps.
So I decided to post my challenge to myself and you too if you want to join me. This I hope will keep me responsible. My challenge is to exercise for "only" 20 minutes per day everyday until 8/27. The choice of what I do is mine but my plan is to use my recumbent bike and treadmill, doing steady state exercise on either. I will post my progress daily.
22 days and counting-August 5, 2014 - I haven't exercised yet, it's early today.
