I must put this out there. We have ten locations across a County. Today we had someone show up for an interview. I'm asking what position are you interviewing for, who are you supposed to see. She didn't know the name of the person she was supposed to ask for. Then it turns out, she was in the wrong location. She came to the central offices and her interview was in another location over 25 miles away.
I can't stress how important it is to make sure you get the following when you're setting up an interview:
The name of the person you're supposed to meet.
The date and time of the interview.
The LOCATION if they have more than one facility.
We called across town to let them know where she was, but... Do you think this should be held against her?
