Skin need too much care to looks younger and glowing. I am sharing some beauty tips. These are for you if you prefer not to buy beauty product –

[*]Drink approx three liters water a day. Water is best cleanser for our body.
[*]Eat fresh fruits and green vegetables.
[*]Include vitamin c rich diet like oranges, bananas, papaya. All are very good for skin. Better if you take juice on daily basis.
[*]Do exercise for 30 – 60 minutes daily.
[*]Wash your face at least twice daily.
[*]Use aloe vera juice and wash it after 20 minutes.
[*]Use milk cream to massage your skin and bath around 20 minutes later.

These simple steps will help you to have glowing skin and can solve your skin problem if any.
Also keep in mind that above tips may provide result slowly. It depends on your skin type. So if you want fast result, use any skin care product.
