We love to eat a cup of the super premium ice cream on Sunday. It's not good for us, but it is soooo tasty. Last night I made something that is healthier. I lovingly call it Blueberry Sludge, and it is a bit like Yoplait Whips. In my Ninja, I combined a little almond meal, coconut oil, sour cream, milk, brown sugar, and frozen blueberries. I whipped it in the Ninja, then let it set in the fridge. I got 2 servings of about 8 ounces each. It was tasty. Best of all, my husband said that he would like it again.
