Hi everyone. I usually post a new exercise each Monday but instead I thought I would share an exercise experience with you. While doing back therapy the PT clinic decided to hold a 24 day challenge of circuit training. That's MWF for 4 weeks. I joined because I wanted to prove to myself that I was able to do things.

It's been tough. Started week 3 tonight. We do a lot of body resistance work and dumbbells as well as cardio movements. We go through the circuit 3 times and it takes over an hour, including the warm ups.

So I am glad to report that I am keeping up. My back is not hurting me. My knees are shot but I just do modifications and everyone is great about helping me get up off the floor. It has also been really nice to meet people who are my age and have similar heath goals. I'm going to keep you posted over the next two weeks, until the class ends. Then I have to figure out what to do next.
