BellaOnline Forums Hobbies and Crafts Jewelry Making unusual findings, charms are hard to find

So far I just make jewelry for myself, family and friends. I am enjoying wrap bracelets and can copy most types. The one thing that stops me is having a great stock of unusual, beautiful findings, charms and closures. I have looked everywhere Ebay, Etsy, The Find, and major bead outlets. Has anyone come across some great supply places that they can share. Thanks Janice

There are several on line sources, but some of my best finds come from auctions, estate sales, and tag sales. "Found items" are great findings for jewelry. Old charm bracelets, watch parts, clasps off of old jewelry and the list goes on and on. Any particular look or items you are looking for?

That is a great idea. I have kept my eyes open for situations like that. I have tried to include some pictures of what I am interested in but I can't quite get it. I'll try again. I wouldn't mind knowing what line sources you might be using in case I am missing something, I am using photobucket. Thanks Janice
