Hi everyone. I thought we would do something different today. Instead of the exercise of the week were going to do "total exercise per week". Let's set the parameters:

1. This will last from today through Saturday.
2. Write down every time you do some exercise or activity
3. Activity includes things like working in your yard, cleaning your house, anything that gets your heart rate up.
4. It would be great if you reported in through this forum and tell us how you're doing.
5. Keep track of your time in hours and minutes.

I will return to the exercise of the week next week so don't worry it hasn't gone away. I know you all look forward to it.
