I've never heard of that app. I use Fitday.com. I looked it up and it looks like a mobile app, can you use it on a PC. Looks like great info.

I like having a routine also. It's hard when you travel. Most hotels have some gym facilities but then you have to tailor your workout to what they have. You might want to look at my: "Anywhere Workout". It is featured on the home page of the Exercise Site.

I've always been a walker, but the weather here hasn't been conducive to regular walking outside. The benefits of age  I just received a free membership to the Y with my new insurance so I will continue walking inside or out and add some machines for strength.
