What are your favorite allergen-free Easter recipes? I just made some Easter gummy candies. I mixed 1 cup pureed strawberries with 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice and 2 T. honey (I used 2 droppers full of stevia instead). I warmed the mixture in a saucepan. Then I whisked in 4 T. of grassfed gelatin and continued cooking until the mixture was liquified. Finally, I poured the mixture into Easter-themed molds and allowed the gummies to set. Yum!
