One of my new favorite quotes is "You want to fulfill the highest expression of yourself as a human being until you take your last breath." -Oprah Winfrey

But as I love this and it resounds so readily with me, I couldn't help but ask, how do I do this?

This article, Fulfilling the Highest Expression of You helps answer my dilemma.

In addition it offers a short answer to discovering your passion, purpose, and mission and how to stay on course.

So, this week's questions are:

What is your passion?
What is your purpose?
What is your mission?
How do you stay on course?

My passions are writing and sharing (which means teaching & learning, equally).

My purpose is to spark spiritual (thus, whole health) healing/renewal and self-realization (unconditional self-love)in any soul that comes to me. I believe each spark aids in the spiritual healing/unconditional love of all living creatures spanning the entire globe.

My mission is to use my passions of writing and sharing toward realizing an earth of complete harmony amongst humans and all other life forms here on earth.

I stay focused by putting my mission in front of me everyday. I post my purpose and mission in places where I will see them frequently. Through my morning meditation, I start each day with the intention to spark healing in myself and one other person each day. I visualize a harmonized world each afternoon. I write about it & share (teach & learn) it whenever I am inspired to. I live it.

To publish my first book!

I am wanting to get my first book published this year too. And, I'm at least 2/3rds of the way through it right now.

How is your year going

My passions are learning and educating others.

My purpose of my life is to teach others how to live a purposeful life.

My mission is to be a powerful and positive example for my children, to nurture my family, and by extension, to share with others what works, to give them the hope and inspiration to change their lives for the better.

I engage in priming myself every morning by repeating my mission statement as well as other inspiring statements and affirmations while on my morning walk. Positive thoughts leads to positive actions.

For 2015 Goals, I've chosen to break down my goals into quarters - it seems more doable for me that way, because I am not a person to stick with a goal that will take me an entire year to accomplish - I'll forget about it and feel like a failure when New Year's Eve rolls around. I have approximately 15 goals each quarter. They are divided into personal, family, purpose, financial, etc. I've been very successful thus far.

Hi and welcome back!!!!!!! My year is busy and going well. Had to take a break from writing that book and do much of the work that goes into it.

I am very impressed. And weight loss is on my list. So happy to finally be able to get around to it!

Hi Alice, it's easier for me to break my goals down too. Weight loss is one of my goals, but to think about the overall weight loss is just too much LOL!!! So I like to do it 5 lbs at a time. And adding in new, little routines, a bit at a time, is much more manageable.

I love your mission those things are very important to me too.

My daughter is helping me to be accountable when it comes to writing my book. She has a dream of me having a book tour through some metaphysical book stores, which means we could do a bit of traveling I LOVE that support!
