Average movie.
The problem with this movie is that most of it was in the commercials and trailers (never EVER seen anything like that and havent since then EVERYTIME i would see a commercial on tv it would have at least 1 new scene.....why do that???????!!!!!), if it weren't for that I am sure that not only I would of liked that movie more but I would of been on the edge of my seat or/and scared but I just could not. The scene where she is stuck in the basement and is trying to see downstairs with matches and then hands appear and claps scared me but it was when I saw it in the trailer so of course I knew that was going to happen. We so rarely get to see good horror movies and then someone makes one and has to ruin it with putting almost all the movie in commercials!
The special effects are bad. The script is average. The acting, directing, sets, costumes, editing and music are good. The story and cinematography are great.
