I have found that the use of lavender oil to reduce stress is really effective for me. I will block myself off from the world for a bit and just be alone with the scents and my thoughts. I have read the science behind it before but can’t recall it right now. It has become my own little ‘moment to myself’. Thanks for sharing!

Thanks for this great article BB Lee! I love lavander oil. Aside from its benefits for people, it's also great for dogs. Putb a few drops in your hands, then rub your hands all over your dog's fur. You'll have a great smelling, flea-free dog! Lavander oil is a natural flea repellent!
