I don't really...
I mean sometimes, I'll have a craving, but it usually fixes something inside my health, and I listen to that.
I do abserve carbs., but as for the no salts, sweets, yeast, gluten, yeast, fats, anything but air I hear even bananas are on the "most wanted list along w/blueberries"
I don't buy into that nor the powders that substitute for them.
I feel real food and listening or understanding what your body wants and why helps control appetites.
As of now I've a mother-in-law that goes into hysterics if she eats a piece of toast.
In the instance where you've Dr's. and populous, media, advertising EVERYTHING is bad for you...well think what happens when you've those photo-shopped models on Magazines.
Many people lived WELL into their 90's eating bacon, eggs, cow's milk, home-made bread, etc.
But all the sudden everyone is dying from them all?
That bothers me or maybe it's just I've a different opinion than starving yourself and monitoring every little single thing.
