Had my EAS shake, now on the second half of my Subway tuna from yesterday. Leftovers are cost-effective.

Do you order extra to get them?

A great dinner out with Bob at Red Robin - had zucchini sticks where I stripped the breading and had the innards with ranch. Tasty! You can always order at restaurants to meet your needs. Don't feel shy.

I was stuffed halfway through my burger so I took it home. Don't over stuff yourself at the restaurant. Just bring the rest home. It's better for you, and better for your wallet too!

I just ate that burger - it was still tasty. I didn't eat the bun, and the burger itself was great.

So always strive to take home leftovers and find some way to use it.

I even took the breading home and will feed it to the birds tomorrow. That's better than them throwing it away.
