What are your weaknesses? Everybody has them. More important than what your weaknesses actually are, is how you view them. Accepting and owning a weakness puts you in a position to manage it. Here's how to recognize your struggles, accept them and work around them to make yourself more resilient.

My worst weakness is procrastination, especially if I feel overwhelmed. I just shut down and ignore the issue or issues I should be addressing. Then the stress of procrastinating gets to me because what needs to get done is not getting done.

Procrastination is a tough one. All of the undone tasks can hang over your head like a black cloud. I've observed that the people who procrastinate the most are people who were not taught healthy self-discipline as a child. Keep working at it and don't give up!
