Hi everyone. I know that all of us who practice yoga have a favorite pose and we usually have a least favorite also. Write back here in the forum and tell us your favorite and least favorite.

It will be fun to see which poses get the most votes.

My fav is the sun salutation, which I do slowly to get going early in the morning.

I don't like head stands anymore - too hard for me at 67.

I love half fish pose. I adore the twist to my spine.

And bridge pose, when I'm coming down from it vertebrae by vertebrae. That just feels so amazing.

Sun Salutations are great for waking your body up in the morning. There are several different kind. Have you ever tried a Moon Salutation? You don't actually have to do it under the moon.

I love twist. I don't think there is anything that feels
better ... except my personal favorite Downward Facing Dog.
