I know that seaweed sounds weird in soup, but try this:
Chop celery and onion, then add it to the broth from one can of chicken and rice or noodle soup. Of course, just a bit more water than the can calls for. Cook until the veggies are done, then add the noodles in, along with some crushed up, roasted seaweed. Then, add a handful of small pre-cooked shrimp. YUM!
