I have abdominal pain twice a month. One time is during the first day of my period and I feel pain in the middle lower 9th of my abdomen(where the uterus is). I even tried naproxen(relieves pain directly) + acetaminophen(blocks pain receptors to indirectly relieve pain) and I still feel strong pain. Mydol makes me nauseous. the third and last time I took mydol I puked but still had pain relief.
The second time I have pain during the month is near ovulation and then I feel pain in the lower left 9th or lower right 9th(left or right ovary) of my abdomen. Sometimes it feels like it is continuing into the fallopian tubes.
How am I supposed to relieve the pain during both those times if naproxen + acetaminophen doesn’t relieve the pain and mydol relieves it but makes me nauseous? I am a 15 y o and this makes my year the most painful year I ever had.
my menstrual periods and pain:
10: no pain at all
11: mild menstrual cramps(acetaminophen could relieve it)
12: moderate menstrual cramps(still took extra strength acetaminophen even though it didn’t do as good of a job)
13: strong menstrual cramps
14: strong menstrual cramps(tried ibuprofen than naproxen than naproxen + acetaminophen) + ovulation cramps
