Thanks so much for your response. I agree, I've significantly reduced the rice, pasta and bread in my diet. I love carbs but I find that when I eat them, they really seem to stimulate my appetite. When I eat a sandwich or have a turkey burger, I only eat one half of a bun or use one slice of bread. It's made it much easier to maintain my weight.
I love vegetable soup and fruit is a great choice for snacks. Sounds like you are right on track with your food choices.
