It depends on what time of day and where it is? Are you a man or a woman?

It depends on your gender then the time you are going day or night.I think it must be preferable to wear designer dress rather than going formal .

If you are a young girl and going to marriage anniversary in a day, then dark color dresses every time make impressions, or at night some light color dress may perfect.

There is this Batwing Tops Blouse Loose Fit I found on net. It really looks great with jeans or leggings. For the shoes, basic Classic Pointed Toe Platform High Heel Stiletto Party Pump is perfect for this get up. Paired with a layered bracelet or necklace, you'll definitely stands out.

I think you should opt for something in Designer wear. I would go with Distressed Sequined Halter Top & Leather-Side Slim Trousers by Robert Rodriguez. I know replied a bit late :( bt u can still consider it for your future event encounters :P Anyways hope you had a awesome day!

It depends on gender & time of the day. If you are girl & going to night function, you should choose a black or royal blue gown or cocktail dress.I am sure you will look awesome.

I think designer dress will be more suitable on the occasion of marriages.
