I'll be writing more, soon, on different budgeting formats and styles. But for now I'd like to know - do you have a written budget?

I need to create a new one, myself.
My family has seasonal income, and it is not always predictable, staying within a budget is challenging this way, as it is difficult to plan for unforeseen expenses or problems. Setting said money for the future isn't always easy.

It is difficult with erratic income. I agree a written budget will keep one more accountable. Without it, it is too easy to spend a little extra and not realize its impact on the budget.
