I dreamed a skull was coming towards me, however the eyes turned into hearts. I started screaming while grabbing it, no weapons against me shall prosper, over and over then threw it on the ground. I told my guide to pick it up. I saw a very short blonde lady with long hair and a burgandy cape outfit run and pick it up and ran away with it. What the heck again!!!

Skulls in dreams most often represent danger. At least something that is perceived to be a danger by the dreamer. In your waking life, you sense there is danger approaching you. That the eyes turned into hearts, to me, feels as though this danger will appear to try to use love/affection/concern for you to get closer to you.
