Having looked at some of the early views of the afterlife our ancestors had let's explore some of the views of the afterlife held today.

I have had dreams of a departed loved one and these dreams were different in feel than my usual dreams. I do believe we had a real connection between the two realms. I also visited a medium once and she brought forth information that she could never have known on her own. Fascinating stuff!

It is indeed My friend Susan Leybourne , is a Pagan who is also an excellent medium. She trained formally at The Athur Findlay College of Psychic Science mentioned in the article and is now a tutor there. One of the few mediums I'd actually trust as, like plumbers, electricians, and hairdressers, it's very difficult to find a good one.

I completely agree...finding a good one is tough. It seems everyone's out for (not really everyone) but financial aspects of whatever part of the brain, deciphers energy...be it ongoing or left behind or futuristic.

This reminded me, this post, of a woman who said she'd love one more chance to speak w/her departed.

Though there are many who might take advantage of such a thing, it's a fairly easy thing to do!

It's a completely wireless connection.

All that's really needed is an active- open or simply a thought, desire, preferably before bed.

That and an open signal which can happen quite often while we're in sleep-mode.

This is true Which is why many Pagans like to keep a Dream Journal ,or a chapter in their personal Grimoir, or 'Book of Shadows' . By writing things down you can remember them in detail, particularly the contents of dreams which can be useful in all sorts or ways.

It's being particularly useful at the moment with writing my next article as I am having to check it in detail to be absolutely accurate on translating complex dream experience full of personal symbolism into shared reality. It should be 'up' in the next day or two.
