Hello Everyone, well, it was Ogden Nash who said Parsley is Gharsley! but I can tell you it is certainly not and millions would agree I know - but what I did not know is just how beneficial it is for animals. PLEASE go to the ANIMAL LIFE website run by Deb Duxbury to read a most interesting article on parsley - and if you have a pet, do so for more reason. Of course you should have parsley in your container herb garden, but if not, here's a chance to get going, it is an easy plant to grow and offers you many culinary and health benefits besides ...
