I love this recipe.

Since I moved to NY - wow! almost 2 yrs in March - I was blessed with an Asian market that has a 50 foot fresh fish counter and a fabulous fresh produce section (amazing!) However, I have to walk 10 blocks to get there...but it's sooo worth it.

Since then, I've been adding fish in some form or other into my family's diet twice per week. We love seafood.

I have made this dish several times already, my family just loves it! I like it with tilapia or cod best, but my kids love it with shrimp. The sauce is to die for!!!
