I agree with Susan. Nurturing and valuing yourself mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually......these are the most important things for inner peace and confidence.
From there, treating others with love and compassion will bring the same into your own life.

So true Susan and Debbie! In my article, I talked about what a child needs to grow up with in order to be able to make all of those good choices you both described in adulthood. Is it enough to be loved by your parents or to be raised in wealth? Or does a child need more?
