In the past, I've encouraged moms to do time audits to see where there time goes. That is often an eye opening experience as we discover where in our day we can take back some time.

Last week, I spent time writing down every little thing I did, every question my children asked me, how I spent every moment of time.

This is a tidbit of that - this is the morning. I'm sure you can relate and chuckle along at some of the bombarding questions from children and simple tasks that add up to a nice chunk of time by the end of the day.

.... continues into the afternoon. Have you started paying attention to everything you do? It can be overwhelming!! Or cause you to swell with pride! Or both.

…. and into the evening. The little things are really sticking out in my mind now - like tying shoes and opening a new carton of milk and bouncing between four children after school - all eager to talk about their day, ask for help with homework, and emptying lunch boxes, eating snacks, and putting things away!
