After telling you about my two lucid dream visits to the so-called "Afterlife" to see my Dad this article shows how I found out from an independent source that I probably had visited him in spirit after he had died!

Dear sir, I have been having lucid dreams for 15 years.Out of those.7 or 8 years of terror nitemares,where all my family is mostly part of these dreams except my mother.

I have seen myself naked holdind the door handle,as I was coming out of the shower.I also seen the full ceremony of my seppuko twice,totally identical.
I too am a Atheist,but by my readings ,I beleive in an afterlife.

Thank you for that update, Ian. It is certainly fascinating and reassuring.

Like I have indicated before, I have communicated with my deceased boyfriend in dreams. We have even had conversations where I have asked him questions about his current state. It is a true gift that our loved ones can still communicate with us in some way even after they have left the physical realm. I cherish it.

I was curious about if it was his actual essence or an 'astral shell' as postulated by some Ritual Magicians. The evidence this time suggests it was actually my Dad rather than just a part of his personality/etheric body. As 'the dead' move further away from the Earth Plane it can become difficult to return, so it's nice to hear your loved ones still can.

Loongdragonit certainly sounds like the Senoi dreamwork techniques mentioned in another post may be the ideal tool to help you integrate your mind and help with personal development. I'll keep an eye out for anything along those lines that might be helpful and pass it along.
