Hi everyone: I added information on magnesium because I have personally experienced the power of adding a supplement. I have had an irregular heartbeat since college, and I even went to the doctor about it back then. I was told that most people have irregular beats occasionally, so avoid sugar, alcohol and caffeine. Well, I don't drink coffee or tea or soda, I'm careful with sugar and alcohol, yet I still had it! So after reading more about magnesium recently, I increased how much I take from 266 mg magnesium glycinate to 399 mg, and the problem is gone! It's very interesting to me how balancing some key minerals can have a dramatic effect on health and feeling well.

Anyone else have any dietary/lifestyle changes that have made a big difference for them?
