What are you doing these days?

I am crafting the last few gifts for my girls, watching Holiday Movies (Anything Hallmark, Lifetime, or ABC Family, Polar Express, This Christmas, and the New favorite is Arthur Christmas), listening to Holiday Music (Charlie Brown Xmas, Barbara Streisand, The Carpenters, & The Nutcracker are my favorite) and baking (cookies, bread, cakes, & pies; I have a new 10 pound addition to prove it).

Salt baths and Bailey's mixed with soy eggnog provide the best night cap.

I'm making Christmas fudge and planning for our Christmas Eve dinner. I make a concoction I call "VegNog" using silken tofu, coconut or almond milk, nutmeg, raw sugar, etc. Haven't made it lately, but your reminder made me think I'll have to get out my recipe and whip up a batch.

Plus, I'm continuing to write articles about poetry so I can grow my site after I graduate from training.

Welcome aboard! How did the eggnog turn out? I have not made eggnog, even though the eggs and milk I get from local Farmers are amazing, I am still a bit concerned about bacterial issues.

That said, you have inspired me to try it. I'm going to make a batch this weekend and add a bit of spiced rum. I'll let you know how it goes.
