Practicing gratitude, I can't say how MUCH that will come into a beneficial way of coming together.
Each day, no matter what - in fact I remember a time when I was so far-set, I was like:
"Give me ONE thing...
anything...you (meaning me) can be grateful for. I don't care if it's simply a favorite color or the fact the grass is green on your way to work!"
Well, it worked
From there, just that 1 - thing! That's where it was, for me anyway, I found that light at the end of the tunnel.
