I'd say it was unfair on his part Dianne. If he washome all day, he should have helped you with everything. I stay home while my wife works and she doesn't do any housework at all and it's justified.
Hi Tina,
I definitely agree, if I start watching Hallmark holiday movies on Saturday, it's hard to get out of the house. I have to make an effort to get out before the opening scenes of the next movie.
As far as set days of the week, my ex-husband fussed at me all the time because I wouldn't pick A day to go grocery shopping or A day to do the laundry. I tried and hated it. I know that works for many, and I applaud those who can, but it's too rigid for me. If the mood hits me to grocery shop during the week, I go - if not, I wait until the weekend, the same with laundry. He wanted me to do laundry on Saturdays. Wait, first off, he wasn't working and was home all day. I work all week, why would I want to spend one of my two days doing laundry? LOL... I find that I'm happier when I'm not so rigid with myself, otherwise I stress because I didn't do something at the designated moment. I think people who are that organized are great though!
