Too true Nadine.
I DO feel good about myself sometimes, for instance, when I'm in a cleaning frenzy at home and the place looks spik and span! It seems like some kind of therapy. While I'm cleaning I think about things I don't get the chance to talk to people about and it's kind of a release of subconcious thoughts it seems. Then I feel uncluttered in my mind. THAT makes me feel good.
However, when I give kind words to someone (like the coworker aforementioned) or help a disabled person getting through a door etc. it's the reaction on their part of great thanks and appreciation that makes me feel GREAT!
So nowadays, I do it more often!
