As we see form the very beginning of our past that the world had numerous sages who spent most of their life thinking and meditating and helping others to find the path where there is less pain. They helped others to find road less traveled. This is still most popularly accepted in Hindu religions and in Asian territory. And when i think about meditation, my belief about it, I do find myself in a situation where i question my normality. It's not that i'm the only one who go to meditation classes. There are plenty of others who love to go meditation classes. I go to online hatha yoga classes. They do provide me all those necessary environment that is need for meditation and i love to go there too. At times i feel like i should stay there for ever so that i can be in that blissful state of mind. Is it bad? or am i starting to wonder on my thoughts only. I love the place though.

This makes no sense to me confused

Like it's almost lacking heart, which if you choose to meditate and are able, it's one of those things that really does take heart and Soul, but it's the mind that has the ability to get you there smile

Fellowship of like-minded people is so helpful on the spiritual path, particularly when breaking away from old destructive habits or people. All along the way the companionship of like-minded people nurture us and we nurture them.

So, workerhere, I think your attendance at the group is great - for you and the others all striving to improve themselves.

A separate time for meditation at home, perhaps morning or night, can help set or settle your day and bring peace of mind and harmony into your thoughts and life.
