Sometimes, maybe because I'm a teacher, I get focused on articles about kids. Really, there need to be more articles for adults, since there are bazillions of kid articles.

Getting and keeping a job might be difficult for some people with ADD. Statistics on employment suggests that it is. However, The Hidden Curriculum book about getting and keeping a job is a treasure. Step by step, it leads you through the process.

I love the short focused chapters in this Hidden Curriculum book.
The "hidden curriculum" includes those concepts that EVERYBODY knows. Well, everybody except those people who don't know! It's been my experience that many people with ADD/ADHD don't know or understand the rules that the rest of the world plays by. So, they unintentionally violate the rules. This can be disastrous when a person with ADD/ADHD is searching for a job or starting a new job.
