Thanks Sandra for your condolences. We are getting back on track. My partner has struggled coming to terms with his lose - I know it takes time...
I've still been practicing yoga too. Been doing some stretches - Tadasan, Half Lord of the Fishes, Butterfly and Shavasana. I meditated for 30 mins and did some alternate nostril breathing for 5 minutes.

Yoga styles vary - Hatha Yoga is gentle and more based on stretches, pranayama and meditation. Ashtanga, also know as flow yoga, takes a stronger and faster approach. Bikram, also know as 'hot yoga' and generally practiced in a room heated to 40 degrees. It comprises a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. Kundalini Yoga comprises a lot of seated postures, breath of fire and postures that are held for long periods of time which helps to eradicate the ego. Hope that helps
